Join a small cohort of no more than 12 High Potential Leaders to improve key management and leadership capabilities. Using a combination of group learning experiences, group coaching, and one-to-one coaching, Evolve works with up-and-coming leaders to create outcomes that include:
- Clarifying personal and organizational goals
- Preparing high potentials for a larger role in their organization
- Greater self- awareness, specifically personality strengths and challenges that enhance their leadership role
- Developing and expressing power in effective ways
- Transitioning technical experts to leaders
- Enhancing leadership, management, communication and performance-based skills
This group meets once per month in person for a 1/2 day and each participant will receive a Hogan Leadership Assessment and two 1 hour individual coaching sessions per month. To join this exclusive group, each candidate will be interviewed to ensure they are a good fit for the group and will be required to make a 6 month commitment.
