This training can be conducted in two days or divided into four discrete 3-hour modules. It combines group coaching and group learning experiences to increase learning retention and integrate skills even after the training is done. The combination of group coaching and training supports each participant in designing actions and accountability to apply the learning at work and address current issues and goals.
