Carolyn believes in the incredible benefits that coaching provides in building healthy relationships and supporting people to move towards their goals. She provides coach mentoring and training to coaches and managers interested in fine-tuning their skills. She is a big advocate in bringing coaching skills and principles into the workplace and the world.
Prior to founding Evolve, Carolyn held leadership and corporate line management positions in the enterprise software development and environmental engineering and services industries. It is there that she learned the secrets to developing the leadership and communication skills of technical professionals to maximize their organizational impact.
Carolyn is gifted in co-creating breakthroughs in leadership performance by providing insights that support her clients to see what they need for their growth and challenge assumptions and beliefs that open up more choices and possibilities. She has a disarming way of saying what she sees so that it sounds like an opportunity instead of an obstacle. Carolyn is especially gifted at supporting clients to seize their own power in effective ways and work with the power dynamics that commonly exist inside organizations. She also excels at strengthening her clients’ relationship and collaboration skills.
